GBMy order would have been shipped within… My order would have been shipped within an hour (customized) but they were out of a color I wanted so They called me! No e-mail or text. A phone call to offer different colors or to wait on the color I wanted to become available. I had to call them back and immediate answer. No automated system no waiting on hold for 20 min. Love the speed and availability of service! Products came in correctly and great quality. Would (and have) recommended to everyone! 10 stars!!!

GBI appreciate dealing with a company selling what I needed rather than what they wanted to sell. After decades of service, my stethoscope needed repair parts. I contacted several other companies that offered Littman products and was told that since my particular stethoscope was discontinued no parts were available. These companies were happy to offer new Littmans with prices that totaled roughly $250 including tax and shipping. I'm retired but still use my Littman to check blood pressures for family members and to monitor the health of my equines. I had a sick pony when the failure occurred. I felt that the cost of a brand-new Littman was foolish in my situation so I continued to Google for parts. Redding eventually turned up listing the needed parts, marked for a different model but the listing clearly stated that the parts would fit what I own. Snapped right on and I'm back in business. I appreciate the honesty of offering needed parts over the profit of selling what was more than I needed by a long shot. I have already recommended Redding and will continue to do so. The pony recovered.

GBNot the shipping we paid for Fedex overnight shipping was selected and paid for and products were sent via fedex ground. Item was shipped on 1/26/24 and still have not received it. They communicate well, so customer service seems decent. They should have honored the original overnight shipping and not ask for more money to ship overnight.

Someone noticed a discrepancy with the personalization request on my replacement stethoscope tubing and emailed me immediately, then accepted my brief reply email without making me call in or click through a million web pages (huge for me, since I work nights and can’t usually make calls during business hours). My order came extremely promptly without paying for special shipping.
