GBHaven’t Received Masks & Nonexistent Customer Service I purchased face masks on 03/02/22 and the money has been taken out of my account but I have yet to receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I reached out to Luosh via email twice with no response and via phone twice (I left voicemails) with no response. This is definitely unacceptable to have such poor customer service and I’m at the point where I’m most likely going to have to take it up with my bank.

GBOne step from great The KN95 respirators I ordered were delivered quickly, matched the description, and seem to work OK. Customer service, as has always been the case with Luosh, was excellent. There are ways the product could be improved (lot numbers, proper code stamp) but it seems to be fit-for-purpose.

GBGreat Product Great product and Made in the USA is a major plus. A few minor issues with my last orders were that a few of the ear strips were missing from the masks and the masks didn't feel as snug like the previous masks that I purchased. Other than the minor issues, I'm pleased with the product.

GBRepeat purchases because of great product quality Just purchased our third box of Luosh face masks, based on our experience from the earlier products. We like the black facemasks. These are very comfortable, and we have never had one where the string used to hold the mask has failed, unlike other products we purchased. With the likelihood that masking will return, we figured we should stock up.
