Pleased customer. I ordered several boxes of these at the beginning of Covid. They worked wonderfully for my husband and I. Neither of us acquired the covid, we wore these comfortable, soft masks which seal well over the nose, and also wore gloves. I am a nurse and am familiar with scratchy, cheap, paper masks. These masks are the Cadillac of masks. I so appreciate you guys at Luosh for coming up with a great product made in the USA. Thank you!

High quality and comfort masks Received my order couple days ago and now putting one on my face first time it feels super comfortable, material is soft and doesn’t feel scratchy on my skin at all. Most of all there’s no weird or unpleasant smell/scent coming off of it! Absolutely loving it. Will definitely order more when running low.

Haven’t Received Masks & Nonexistent Customer Service I purchased face masks on 03/02/22 and the money has been taken out of my account but I have yet to receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I reached out to Luosh via email twice with no response and via phone twice (I left voicemails) with no response. This is definitely unacceptable to have such poor customer service and I’m at the point where I’m most likely going to have to take it up with my bank.
