We ordered the parts We ordered the parts, they came in a short time and were just what we needed.The lady was courtious on the phone and the price was less then we could find the parts anywhere else. As a first time customer needing hard… As a first time customer needing hard to find parts for an E & J manual chair, I was pleasantly surprised to find what I was looking for. I did have to speak with a customer service rep to ascertain the details on a couple of items, but she seemed knowledgeable about the subject.
