Jay and José Jay and José, Were awesome while helping me out with Anti-Tip Rollers. José opened the parts and measured tubing OD/ID and lengths of the product. I'm a fabricator now in a wheelchair. So with there suggestions to help me figuring out what's best to get the extra length to the floor to fit my chair. Then expedited same day shipping. Thank you both very much! Michael T.

We ordered the parts We ordered the parts, they came in a short time and were just what we needed. The lady was courtious on the phone and the price was less then we could find the parts anywhere else. We will call them first next time we need anything. We like that they have a real person to talk to.

My tires for my 🚾 arrived quickly which… My tires for my 🚾 arrived quickly which I needed as I was literally riding on bologna skins! My pet peeve about the tires is that they’re not rubber like the ones I had on my Hoveround so these wear down pretty quickly compared to them. I wish they’d make them outa something else because this hard plastic stuff or whatever it’s made of doesn’t equate to almost a $100/tire. It’s sad that most everything that us handicapped individuals need to purchase is quite expensive and most of us are the least ones that can really afford it. Tires batteries etc. but like everything in this world Profits take Precedence.

Jay is extremely quick and helpful Jay is extremely quick and helpful. She was able to help me in both a friendly and professional manner. I had plenty of questions and she was able to walk me through every aspect of ordering including answering my shipping questions. I would give her bonus stars for such a great experience ordering from Whellchairparts.net if it was an option.

Juan was a model for customer service…new wheels Juan was a model for customer service excellence. He didn’t try to rush us i to a purchase and went to extreme measure to ensure we were ordering parts for our daughter’s chair that would solve the problem we had as well as being the proper parts to fit out chair. He was patient, thorough, caring and knowledgeable. Thanks so much!
