GBI received the wheels much fasters than… I received the wheels much fasters than I thought I would. There was a problem. I call customer and spoke to Jose. He knew exactly what the issue was and took of it. I did have to send the wheels back but they will send them back fixed correctly. Awesome customer service!

GBAs a first time customer needing hard… As a first time customer needing hard to find parts for an E & J manual chair, I was pleasantly surprised to find what I was looking for. I did have to speak with a customer service rep to ascertain the details on a couple of items, but she seemed knowledgeable about the subject. I hope that initial impression is confirmed when the order is received.
