GBI haven't received my parts yet I haven't received my parts yet, so this is an incomplete review, however, I tried multiple times to contact the company, twice by their chat system and 3 times by phone, to see if I could pay for expedited shipping. I never heard from them, so I decided to make my purchase anyway and hope for the best. It's been 8 hours and still no shipping info, although I did get an email stating that my package has shipped. Fingers crossed!

Then the order arrived in two days, with the exact product I was hoping it was. GBI received the wheels much fasters than… I received the wheels much fasters than I thought I would. There was a problem. I call customer and spoke to Jose. He knew exactly what the issue was and took of it. I did have to send the wheels back but they will send them back fixed correctly. Awesome customer service!

GBYour best representative ever as representative was very efficient Your representative was very efficient, friendly courteous, and a delight to have conversation with. She was able to find the part I needed and guide me to look at it and get it shipped right away. I have nothing but good to say about my encounter with this young lady this afternoon.
