GBVery helpful during emergency The LifeFone was great. During an emergency I didn't have to call the family members because they were notified from the moment that button was pushed until the ambulance got to the hospital. It was also great that they were able to call the ambulance while I kept my grandmother calm and gathered the necessary things for a trip to the hospital. The only reason why we cancelled the plan was because my grandmother passed away and it was no longer needed.

NLImpressive Service! "At-Home & On-the-Go" Pendant Mom has the "At-Home & On-the-Go" pendant. She fell in a parking lot yesterday and needed help. LifeFone was unable to get in touch with me. They immediately called Mom's 2nd and 3rd emergency contacts. At the same time, LifeFone's GPS not only accurately sent EMS to Mom's location, they did so in less than 5 minutes. Mom's emergency contacts were able to meet her at the ER shortly after her arrival -- without Mom having to call anyone. LifeFone's fast, coordinated response was truly appreciated by our family. Best money we have spent in a long time!

GBMy mother was always comforted by the… My mother was always comforted by the voice who answered and called her by name. Luckily she never had to use it in an emergency but faithfully tested it montly. In what we thought was above average service was when doing some electrical work the breaker for this outlet was tripped several times. The company saw this as an anomaly and called to check that everything was ok.

GBI’m 89 years old and live alone I’m 89 years old and live alone. In October, I fell on my back deck and couldn’t get up. Fortunately I had my LifeFone around my neck and pressed my button and told the operator to call my daughter and quickly received help from a friend who lived close by. I wear mine whenever I’m alone and feel confident that I can get help if and when I may need it. Best decision to get LifeFone when I did.

GBNot totally reliable Fall pendant does not always trigger emergency services. Seems to trigger false alarms but on 3 occasions when a fall actually did occur the fall was not detected. It would help if service worked on wifi also. Cell service in my home is spotty.
