USPeace of Mind for our loved one I did a lot of research before choosing a unit for our mother and am very pleased with the LifeFone system. She is still very active and we wanted something that would be with her all the time yet not become cumbersome. We liked the VIPX because she wears it as a necklace and it travels wherever she goes. We had the option of AT&T or Verizon as the carrier and also chose to have the fall protection feature. LifeFone is a little more expensive than some but the peace of mind we have is well worth it.

USLifeFone bracelet… My mother had a LifeFone bracelet 4years ago, which the staff helped save her life. My mother recently tried the new bracelet VIP flex and was happy it was a simple push button - but we unfortunately had to return it as it kept flashes and wasn’t keeping the charge due the signal was weak in her area. Other than this we’ve always appreciated LifeFone’s services.

USMy mom used her lifefone pendant and… My mom used her lifefone pendant and immediately got a response. She told the call center she was in distress. They dispatched and ambulance to her home then proceeded to call the family. Unfortunately each member couldn’t be spoken with directly and a message was left. The ambulance arrived open her door using the key lock door box assisted her and took her to the hospital. She was OK due to their quick action. My only “complaint “ is the call showed on my phone as central station, not lifefone. I was on my way into a meeting and did not answer. Wishing it said Lifefone I would have answered immediately as would have my brother. Regardless my mom is fine due to Lifefone’s quick response. Thank you

USVery helpful during emergency The LifeFone was great. During an emergency I didn't have to call the family members because they were notified from the moment that button was pushed until the ambulance got to the hospital. It was also great that they were able to call the ambulance while I kept my grandmother calm and gathered the necessary things for a trip to the hospital. The only reason why we cancelled the plan was because my grandmother passed away and it was no longer needed.

USI’m 89 years old and live alone I’m 89 years old and live alone. In October, I fell on my back deck and couldn’t get up. Fortunately I had my LifeFone around my neck and pressed my button and told the operator to call my daughter and quickly received help from a friend who lived close by. I wear mine whenever I’m alone and feel confident that I can get help if and when I may need it. Best decision to get LifeFone when I did.
