GBWhen my wife had a serious fall When my wife had a serious fall, I was able to push the button on my LifeFone fob. Within a few seconds, the LifeFone operator came on. I didn't have to find a phone or remember details about our address. The LifeFone folks called the ambulance and notified our family right away.

GBoverall i am grateful for this system … overall i am grateful for this system it has helped me 3x for major falls. The only thing I would like to see improved is faster response time for picking up my distress signal - I highly recommend this to anyone with physical issues

GBResponse is great, but pendant battery life is subpar When the button is pressed, a representative engages right away to check in on the customer. One time when my mom didn't answer, the police department was sent to check in. I appreciate this level of response. One area of improvement is the battery life of the pendant. It needs to be charged almost every day, which is poor compared to the quoted 5 days.

GBLifeFone bracelet… My mother had a LifeFone bracelet 4years ago, which the staff helped save her life. My mother recently tried the new bracelet VIP flex and was happy it was a simple push button - but we unfortunately had to return it as it kept flashes and wasn’t keeping the charge due the signal was weak in her area. Other than this we’ve always appreciated LifeFone’s services.

GBNot totally reliable Fall pendant does not always trigger emergency services. Seems to trigger false alarms but on 3 occasions when a fall actually did occur the fall was not detected. It would help if service worked on wifi also. Cell service in my home is spotty.
