Incredible Response Time Noticed by PTs My Mom was at a PT appointment when her LifeFone device accidentally fell off. A responder was talking to her--calling her by name--almost before the device hit the floor. All of the PTs were amazed at how fast the response happened and several asked for the name of the company so they could recommend it to their clients too. It gives me great comfort and peace of mind to know that my Mom will have immediate aid if she ever requires it. Thank you for your timely and professional services.

Very helpful during emergency The LifeFone was great. During an emergency I didn't have to call the family members because they were notified from the moment that button was pushed until the ambulance got to the hospital. It was also great that they were able to call the ambulance while I kept my grandmother calm and gathered the necessary things for a trip to the hospital. The only reason why we cancelled the plan was because my grandmother passed away and it was no longer needed.

100% worth every penny from the first day I talked to Marty and ordered LifeFone on 12/5, it shipped the next day and arrived yesterday (12/11). It was so simple to install that my father managed it independently - no tech experience or help necessary. This afternoon he had an emergency. The fall detection went off right away, help came over the speaker immediately and he was able to communicate with them. I received a call that he had fallen and the paramedics were there two minutes later. For my family LifeFone has already lived up to the promises and came through when exactly when we needed it. On some tests or accidental… On some tests or accidental activations, ie, my cat stepping on the base button, it took a bit longer for a response than what i felt the time lapse should be. Except for about twice, the rest of the test response times were great, what i felt was acceptable although it really doesnt matter much as the rescue is at least ten minutes away. If a different unit has to answer than from the closest it can be 30-45 minutes away, so im likely dead anyway. The price one pays for quiet, secluded retirement living.

overall i am grateful for this system … overall i am grateful for this system it has helped me 3x for major falls. The only thing I would like to see improved is faster response time for picking up my distress signal - I highly recommend this to anyone with physical issues
