Impressive Service! "At-Home & On-the-Go" Pendant Mom has the "At-Home & On-the-Go" pendant. She fell in a parking lot yesterday and needed help. LifeFone was unable to get in touch with me. They immediately called Mom's 2nd and 3rd emergency contacts. At the same time, LifeFone's GPS not only accurately sent EMS to Mom's location, they did so in less than 5 minutes. Mom's emergency contacts were able to meet her at the ER shortly after her arrival -- without Mom having to call anyone. LifeFone's fast, coordinated response was truly appreciated by our family. Best money we have spent in a long time!

The lifefone button we had was great… The lifefone button we had was great the only reason we canceled is because my gram got one paid for through insurance. The app was great for me the caregiver can see when the battery low when the button was pushed a GPS tracker. The auto fall detection was good just my gram dropped it sometimes and it would call but that's what it's for. I would definitely recommend this service

Peace of Mind for our loved one I did a lot of research before choosing a unit for our mother and am very pleased with the LifeFone system. She is still very active and we wanted something that would be with her all the time yet not become cumbersome. We liked the VIPX because she wears it as a necklace and it travels wherever she goes. We had the option of AT&T or Verizon as the carrier and also chose to have the fall protection feature. LifeFone is a little more expensive than some but the peace of mind we have is well worth it.

LifeFone bracelet… My mother had a LifeFone bracelet 4years ago, which the staff helped save her life. My mother recently tried the new bracelet VIP flex and was happy it was a simple push button - but we unfortunately had to return it as it kept flashes and wasn’t keeping the charge due the signal was weak in her area. Other than this we’ve always appreciated LifeFone’s services.

100% worth every penny from the first day I talked to Marty and ordered LifeFone on 12/5, it shipped the next day and arrived yesterday (12/11). It was so simple to install that my father managed it independently - no tech experience or help necessary. This afternoon he had an emergency. The fall detection went off right away, help came over the speaker immediately and he was able to communicate with them. I received a call that he had fallen and the paramedics were there two minutes later. For my family LifeFone has already lived up to the promises and came through when exactly when we needed it. Solid dependability within the first 24 hours of use. Thanks Marty!
