GBVery helpful during emergency The LifeFone was great. During an emergency I didn't have to call the family members because they were notified from the moment that button was pushed until the ambulance got to the hospital. It was also great that they were able to call the ambulance while I kept my grandmother calm and gathered the necessary things for a trip to the hospital. The only reason why we cancelled the plan was because my grandmother passed away and it was no longer needed.

GBA Must have for an Elderly Loved one! This was a wonderful choice we made! It was for my 97 year old Mother-in-Law. It literally saved her life! It went off several times because she accidentally hit the alarm but the times that she really fell it instantly alerted us and EMS Services. I would highly recommend this for any elderly person! And make sure you get the Fall alert!

GBThankful my mom was able to push the… Thankful my mom was able to push the button after falling off the edge of her bed . They called immediately, she pushed it 4 times and the company called dispatch and all family members. They were able to get mom out of the house and to the ER with efficiency.

GBThey follow my connection when I need any… They follow my connection ,answering quickly and reacting when I need help. Once was for an Ambulance and recently they called to tell me that they were not receiving any input from my machine. I had not been aware of that , so If I had needed help , I would not have been able to contact them.LifeFone makes me feel comfortable and free to not worry much about falling or any other similar problem.

GBResponse is great, but pendant battery life is subpar When the button is pressed, a representative engages right away to check in on the customer. One time when my mom didn't answer, the police department was sent to check in. I appreciate this level of response. One area of improvement is the battery life of the pendant. It needs to be charged almost every day, which is poor compared to the quoted 5 days.
