Aside from the fact that the USPS distribution here in GA is extremely backed up and it took well over a week to receive my order, HPMS did a great job. My order was correct!

Phenomenal! I have been through at least a dozen different types of traction devices. This is the most incredibly well Made neck Traction device on the market. Not possible to find a better device for this application In fact I believe., It’s not possible to Produce a better device than Dr. Bob’s. Thank you so much Dr. Bob! HPMS website easy to use, and the delivery, packaging and communication, was phenomenal! Thank you to you as well. HPMS!

Product did not match picture Product did not match picture. I reached out to customer service and was told it has the same end result. While it may have a similar result, she is incorrect about it being the same. I found out after purchasing that the product is made at different facilities. When I messaged back that the company should correct their description considering it is deceiving, I did not hear back. Not even a sorry. Now I'm out over two hundred dollars. Oh before I forget to mention on the web page there was no description of the product.
