Good company to do business with When tracking number for my order did not show any movement (UPS), I contacted HPMS via email and received almost immediately answer that HPMS is sending a replacement via USPS. I received the shipment promptly. Ms. Emily French was very courteous and very efficient.

I was introduced to your non latex… I was introduced to your non latex resistance bands while being treated at the Mayo Clinic after heart surgery. They gave me a set of bands to take home and use to strengthen my chest after surgery. Using your bands significantly improved my recovery time. I use them every day and can feel the changes to my body. I ordered a silver band since my strength has improved past the green, blue, and black bands Mayo Clinic provided. These bands are like having an entire gym membership right at home.

Loved the ease of ordering directly… Loved the ease of ordering directly from the distributor rather than the big A company. My order arrived quickly with numerous confirmations, shipping details. I ordered 3 of the same product and was a little frustrated with the inconsistency of the fit (thumb support). Not HPMS's fault. I contacted customer service and I received an immediate reply and the issue was resolved within 24 hours.
