The plan benefits cover pretty much everything I need. The customer service provided has been exceptional and friendly. Every time I’ve reached out with any questions or concerns their Customer service team was both helpful and informative. I was able to get a provider list sent out to me and found an ENT Doctor in-network. I just left my doctor visit and I’m pleased with the service and quality . GBWorse insurance company ever!!!! Worse insurance company ever!!!! I can't believe my husband lost 2 toes and has a heart attack and nobody takes your insurance plan !!and I had to pay 1300 for prescriptions because our card don't work,ALSO the doctor office wants insurance cards not on the phone,just all around backwards when you have an emergency!please shouldn't have to deal with running around with the insurance,very unsatisfied
