USVery slow to pay claims (if ever)/long wait times to connect with customer service Unfortunately, this company has not lived up to the expectations when I first signed up for coverage. My service providers have had great difficulty in verifying insurance coverages and long wait times on the phone for customer service to submit the claims. I recently received a bill for a covered procedure (colonoscopy) directly from the Dr. This procedure was done over 6 months ago, and the insurance portion has still not been paid, thus, the Dr. just billed me directly. It has taken me several calls to connect the Dr. to the claims department and still no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and will just keep attempting to resolve it so that the insurance pays out what it is supposed to, based on my policy.
