GBWorse insurance company ever!!!! Worse insurance company ever!!!! I can't believe my husband lost 2 toes and has a heart attack and nobody takes your insurance plan !!and I had to pay 1300 for prescriptions because our card don't work,ALSO the doctor office wants insurance cards not on the phone,just all around backwards when you have an emergency!please shouldn't have to deal with running around with the insurance,very unsatisfied

GBGreat coverage and customer service I purchased insurance through Innovative Partners a few months ago, with Sarah, she was very Insightful and so far I’m very pleased with my coverage. The plan benefits cover pretty much everything I need. The customer service provided has been exceptional and friendly. Every time I’ve reached out with any questions or concerns their Customer service team was both helpful and informative. I was able to get a provider list sent out to me and found an ENT Doctor in-network. I just left my doctor visit and I’m pleased with the service and quality . GBThis was my first time looking for… This was my first time looking for health insurance on my own, i've always had coverage through my employer. I Called in very confused about my coverage, i swear i was scammed, how fast everything happened. After speaking with the Customer Service i am glad i called. I rushed through the process an really did not know who i gave my money too .. However, after my conversation with rep Georgia, I'm very confidant and more educated about my coverage. GBNot the worst experience honestly. Not the worst experience honestly I was a little nervous after signing up but I called the customer service number on the back of my card and apart from the 8 minute hold time they answered all my questions and were super patient with me.
