USBe Transparent About What "IN STOCK" Means I went to Amazon, where we have already set up a tax-exempt account through our church, to order pediatric pads for our AED. It said they were out of stock. So I came to your site. When I went to the page about the pediatric pads it said "IN STOCK" and to order quickly because supplies are low. So I jumped through the hoops to create a new account with new password, enter billing information, enter shipping information... I checked out and had to pay tax, because I'm not tax-exempt in your system. Once I checked out I got an email telling me the pads aren't available. If I had known they were out of stock, I wouldn't have set up an account with you. It was a hassle, and we have to pay tax on purchases.

USToo many options? The email reminder that my Zoll Padz had expired took right to the product I needed to order. The problem was there were 4 options rather than just the replacement pad. Took me a bit to understand which part I needed.

USRecieved AED pads for incorrect model Ordered AED battery for a Phillips Heartstart AED (no clue there were 2 different models). When I added the item to my cart, it had the option to add some new adult pads (only one option) so I tacked the adult pads on to the order. I recieved the items but unfortunately, the pads were for the incorrect AED and I didn't find out until I opened the peel pack so it is totally useless since it is not compatible with my AED. Apparently, the battery ordered is good for two different Heartstart models but only had pad options for one model. If you are going to have the option to tack items on to an order, why not have all the parts for ALL the different AED's the battery is good for? Or better yet, verify the model of AED a customer has, then have a list of the parts for that specific model so there are no errors like this (like an autoparts website). Anyways stuck with a pair of $65 AED pads which are usless to me...posting to try to improve the website and customer experience and avoid someone else having to go thru this.
