Too many options? The email reminder that my Zoll Padz had expired took right to the product I needed to order. The problem was there were 4 options rather than just the replacement pad. Took me a bit to understand which part I needed.

I was able to get certified in how to… I was able to get certified in how to use an EPI Pen and the cis only took about 20 minutes to complete. I wanted to get certified because I know someone in my family with food allergies.

I wish there was an option for…Non Exempt I wish there was an option for Non-Exempt. Being a Non-profit organization it is hard to find suppliers that will allow you to opt out of paying the tax portion.

Be Transparent About What "IN STOCK" Means I went to Amazon, where we have already set up a tax-exempt account through our church, to order pediatric pads for our AED. It said they were out of stock. So I came to your site. When I went to the page about the pediatric pads it said "IN STOCK" and to order quickly because supplies are low. So I jumped through the hoops to create a new account with new password, enter billing information, enter shipping information... I checked out and had to pay tax, because I'm not tax-exempt in your system. Once I checked out I got an email telling me the pads aren't available. If I had known they were out of stock, I wouldn't have set up an account with you. It was a hassle, and we have to pay tax on purchases.
