USGreat video and explanation of AED Great video and explanation of AED. I like the fact this AED has a child key instead of having to change pads. We got this for personal use to just 2 days ago my mother in law went into cardiac arrest and the restaurant we were at did not have a AED. Thank god my wife is a cardiac nurse and took control. They did chest compressions for 15 minutes until ambulance arrived. An AED would have been very helpful.

Called customer service and spoke with Stephanie and indicated my problem and also ordered another item. She promised to rectify the first discount --didn't happen. She also indicated that I would get 19% off the current order--didn't happen. As a result I am done with your company and will inform others of your false promises.
