GBThis is a very bad company to deal with… This is a very bad company to deal with they refuse to honro their waranty buy just sending emails to ask for more data.after a month of back an forth emails the oxygen ring still does not work an no resolution is apparent from wellue. This is a bad company to deal with.

GBCustomer Service Sucks I have the ECG 24/7 monitor device. Had it for a few months and it is giving me problems when downloading. My Macbook can detect the attached device but the Wellue software rarely detects the device. Only customer support is thru email (no 800 number) and they are not giving me a solution or replace my device which has one year warranty.

CZECG Recorder with AI Analysis - great! I purchased ECG Recorder with AI Analysis. Great device. Very comfortable to wear (I am using belt), sometimes detects a few anomalities at the very beginning of the measurement, but then settles and seems fine. Very good to check on your heart. As a bonus it behaves as a bluetooth heart rate belt, so you can send BPMs to your Garmin or Karoo when cycling & still capture the whole ECG into the device at the same time (and analyse later).

GBI bought my 02ring in Sept 2021 but lasted less than 2 yrs I bought my 02ring in Sept 2021. In May 2023 it started giving wildly variable readings. I have tried factory reset and a firmware update but now (August) it freezes on start and often seems to switch on randomly. On Facebook Wellue have repeatedly tried to limit their liability to one year using their warranty unreasonably. Under UK Statute it should be of satisfactory quality for a reasonable time.

GBNo customer dervices After being hospitalized in Az. I ordered a BiPap machine from this company. I needed it right away in order to drive home. We bought a different unit locally and drove home. When this machine was delivered to my sisters hpuse she refused to take it; which is what your company told us to do. I am waiing to ear from you about a refund.
