No customer dervices After being hospitalized in Az. I ordered a BiPap machine from this company. I needed it right away in order to drive home. We bought a different unit locally and drove home. When this machine was delivered to my sisters hpuse she refused to take it; which is what your company told us to do. I am waiing to ear from you about a refund.

I bought two products from Wellue for… I bought two products from Wellue for my mother (Pulsebit EX and ECG recorder). They are great products, and my mother love them. The products are user friendly and gave her more power and confidence for monitoring her daily activities. The costumer service were also quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

ECG Recorder with AI Analysis - great! I purchased ECG Recorder with AI Analysis. Great device. Very comfortable to wear (I am using belt), sometimes detects a few anomalities at the very beginning of the measurement, but then settles and seems fine. Very good to check on your heart. As a bonus it behaves as a bluetooth heart rate belt, so you can send BPMs to your Garmin or Karoo when cycling & still capture the whole ECG into the device at the same time (and analyse later).

I bought my 02ring in Sept 2021 but lasted less than 2 yrs I bought my 02ring in Sept 2021. In May 2023 it started giving wildly variable readings. I have tried factory reset and a firmware update but now (August) it freezes on start and often seems to switch on randomly. On Facebook Wellue have repeatedly tried to limit their liability to one year using their warranty unreasonably. Under UK Statute it should be of satisfactory quality for a reasonable time.

After several attempts by the hospital… After several attempts by the hospital to get data from me with their Holter monitor that continued to fall off after only a few hours, I bought the Wellue monitor and did it myself. My cardiologist was so impressed with the quality of the traces and the analysis by the AI that is included, he asked me to collect more data during specific events and mark the times. As a result, I now have an accurate diagnoses. Without the data from the Wellue monitor, he would never have seen that I was having thousands of PVCs when I slept! Thank you Wellue!
