The products are user friendly and gave her more power and confidence for monitoring her daily activities. The costumer service were also quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

Customer Service Sucks I have the ECG 24/7 monitor device. Had it for a few months and it is giving me problems when downloading. My Macbook can detect the attached device but the Wellue software rarely detects the device. Only customer support is thru email (no 800 number) and they are not giving me a solution or replace my device which has one year warranty.

Collapsible basckets I ordered a basket to use for washing and transporting laundry with a volume of 20 Liters collapsible, as well as a basket for dishes with dropper tray, also collapsible. We received the products even earlier than the originally announced date. Both products arrived intact, and the quality is as expected, that is, very good; I have been using for a year a similar basket of 40 liters that I am very pleased with. From the selection of products to their receipt we did not encounter any problems.

ECG Recorder with AI Analysis - great! I purchased ECG Recorder with AI Analysis. Great device. Very comfortable to wear (I am using belt), sometimes detects a few anomalities at the very beginning of the measurement, but then settles and seems fine. Very good to check on your heart. As a bonus it behaves as a bluetooth heart rate belt, so you can send BPMs to your Garmin or Karoo when cycling & still capture the whole ECG into the device at the same time (and analyse later).

I sent a video about the problem and corresponded with the company, who helped me, first with advice and then with a replacement device. Thank you very much for your help. I have had a heart rhythm problem since I was 12 years old, I had 3 surgeries. The device and your help means a lot to me.
