Collapsible basckets I ordered a basket to use for washing and transporting laundry with a volume of 20 Liters collapsible, as well as a basket for dishes with dropper tray, also collapsible. We received the products even earlier than the originally announced date. Both products arrived intact, and the quality is as expected, that is, very good; I have been using for a year a similar basket of 40 liters that I am very pleased with. Contacted Wellue, who directed me to the USPS site with a snapshot of the delivery status, guess what that doesn't help me, I can see that on my own, so what is the purpose of contacting you?Are you not responsible for delivery, think that also what I paid for? Customer Service Sucks I have the ECG 24/7 monitor device. Had it for a few months and it is giving me problems when downloading. My Macbook can detect the attached device but the Wellue software rarely detects the device. Only customer support is thru email (no 800 number) and they are not giving me a solution or replace my device which has one year warranty.

I can sleep now Received product promptly. Easy to connect to app. Made my life so much easier. Was staying awake or waking up multiple times a night to check my husband's O2 because of his sleep apnea. Now I can set parameters and my phone will alert me if he goes below parameters. I can finally sleep. The app gives a very nice printout. I do have concerns about the thinness of the material that transmits the data and how durable it will prove to be. Time will tell. Highly recommend.
