GBOrder not shipped and no reply’s from CS Order placed on December 27th, 2023. 1/8/24 - Did not ship. Contacted 2 times asking for updates, no response. Then I receive an email stating it finally shipped 2 days ago but UPS still indicates label was only created - package did not actually ship. Here we are January 11th - no order - no CGM’s as now I’m out completely - will have to go elsewhere as I have no clue when this order is actually shipping or arriving. Never had an issue until this last order - unfortunate.
