DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is a total scam. I got burned and want to prevent others. I needed insulin pumps asap and only had about a week before I had to leave for my trip overseas. I chose this company only because they offered 1-day delivery and advertised themselves as a fast and reliable service. But only after I placed the order did I find out that they actually did not have the pods I needed in stock and that I had to wait an indefinite amount of time (after doing some careful reading on their website, I realized that they refuse to bear any responsibility for the information indicated on their website and that one should order at one’s own risk). Of course, they did not come clean and I had to contact them to get this information. Contacting them is another thing: you can’t access them by phone, and there is only a person replying to your emails, who is very rude. A few days later, they did ship my order (with no apology for the delay), and of course I got it only after I left the country. What is more, when I came back and picked up the order, the label on the box stated that it was UPS ground and not air shipping for which I paid about $50. Beware!

BEWARE SCAM I ordered a CGM from this place because mine was faulty and went out on me right before Christmas. This place had the fastest shipping that I paid quite a bit extra for, I believe around 40 extra dollars to have in 2 days. Once I placed order it said it was going to be delivered Jan 30th. Jan 30th came and went, I emailed asking for an update and no response. Jan 12th it shows up at my house. I already had to place emergency order from another company and spent an additional 250 dollars and had it next day so I did not need it anymore so I emailed right away as it says you have 7 days to contact for a return. Well it is now Jan 21st and no email back for a return, the box is sitting unopened waiting to ship back but now it has passed the 7 days. I do not recommend this place. Please be careful if you need medical supplies this is not a place that understands the importance of customer service.

False delivery date upon ordering, very disappointed… I ordered because the anticipated arrival date was 3-4 days past submitting order. Those days came and went and product hadn't even been packaged or shipped in that time

Order not shipped and no reply’s from CS Order placed on December 27th, 2023. 1/8/24 - Did not ship. Contacted 2 times asking for updates, no response. Then I receive an email stating it finally shipped 2 days ago but UPS still indicates label was only created - package did not actually ship. Here we are January 11th - no order - no CGM’s as now I’m out completely - will have to go elsewhere as I have no clue when this order is actually shipping or arriving. Never had an issue until this last order - unfortunate.

They sent me the wrong item and now I… They sent me the wrong item and now I have to wait even longer to get the item that I desperately needed until they get the return processed for the wrong item they sent. What happened to customer service. I will not deal with any company that makes me pay for their mistake! If I didn't need the receiver I would not have ordered it and paid for overnight shipping then wait several days for them to respond to my email just to find out I have to wait for them to process the return of the wrong item they sent me. Why would a customer that paid for overnight shipping for a product have to wait EXTRA time to receive WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED AND WHAT WAS ON MY PACKING SLIP because of their error?
