GBOrder not shipped and no reply’s from CS Order placed on December 27th, 2023. 1/8/24 - Did not ship. Contacted 2 times asking for updates, no response. Then I receive an email stating it finally shipped 2 days ago but UPS still indicates label was only created - package did not actually ship. Here we are January 11th - no order - no CGM’s as now I’m out completely - will have to go elsewhere as I have no clue when this order is actually shipping or arriving. Never had an issue until this last order - unfortunate.

GBChecking the USPS tracking number and… Checking the USPS tracking number and it shows it’s still waiting to be picked up by them. This was on the 13th, my question is has this been picked up or shipped yet. If not how do I go about cancelling and getting a credit.

GBFalse delivery date upon ordering, very disappointed… I ordered because the anticipated arrival date was 3-4 days past submitting order. Those days came and went and product hadn't even been packaged or shipped in that time
