GBProduct Never Arrived I ordered the product on Wednesday and chose Next Day shipping. I have been told the product won’t arrive until Mon, after I leave where I had it shipped. They refused to refund my Next Day air (which was $53). I still haven’t received the product.

GBI've been having trouble getting my… I've been having trouble getting my prescription filled through local pharmacy. Don't know why. Supply chain problems, incompetence or what not. GBThey sent me the wrong item and now I… They sent me the wrong item and now I have to wait even longer to get the item that I desperately needed until they get the return processed for the wrong item they sent. What happened to customer service. I will not deal with any company that makes me pay for their mistake! If I didn't need the receiver I would not have ordered it and paid for overnight shipping then wait several days for them to respond to my email just to find out I have to wait for them to process the return of the wrong item they sent me. Why would a customer that paid for overnight shipping for a product have to wait EXTRA time to receive WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED AND WHAT WAS ON MY PACKING SLIP because of their error?
