Product Never Arrived I ordered the product on Wednesday and chose Next Day shipping. I have been told the product won’t arrive until Mon, after I leave where I had it shipped. They refused to refund my Next Day air (which was $53). I still haven’t received the product.

BEWARE SCAM I ordered a CGM from this place because mine was faulty and went out on me right before Christmas. This place had the fastest shipping that I paid quite a bit extra for, I believe around 40 extra dollars to have in 2 days. Once I placed order it said it was going to be delivered Jan 30th. Jan 30th came and went, I emailed asking for an update and no response. Jan 12th it shows up at my house. I already had to place emergency order from another company and spent an additional 250 dollars and had it next day so I did not need it anymore so I emailed right away as it says you have 7 days to contact for a return. Well it is now Jan 21st and no email back for a return, the box is sitting unopened waiting to ship back but now it has passed the 7 days. I do not recommend this place. Please be careful if you need medical supplies this is not a place that understands the importance of customer service.

I've been having trouble getting my… I've been having trouble getting my prescription filled through local pharmacy. Don't know why. Supply chain problems, incompetence or what not. But your company came through for me. Appreciate your help. It was not expensive either. I will be ordering on a regular basis.

The sensors didn't make it on time The sensors didn't make it on time. I paid for the fastest delivery, and the UPS label was created 24 hours after the proposed arrival date. I had to leave for my travels without my monitor.
