I have ordered 2 vivicaps one month… I have ordered 2 vivicaps one month ago, even though the delivery was agreed to be made with DHL within 5-10 days, I still don't have a clue where is my order and no body from tempramed is willing to help abut it, not returneing my mails. I am very dissapointed with this purchase. If the description of the product is same as the description of their service we are deeply scamed.

AMAZING and game changing AMAZING and game changing. Vivi cap kept my insulin in perfect working order whilst in the Sahara desert in temperatures exceeding 50 degrees Celsius. I couldn’t be more grateful. What peace of mind! I cannot recommend these enough.

Product can be used for shorter duration of travel Post gr8 customer service provided by Ms Alina, Im changing my review. She kept a constant follow up and made sure that issue is resolved and product gets delivered to me. I used the VIVI Cap, its a bit helpful but not keeping the temperature that an insuline supposed to at. It just maintained around 26°C (while I was sitting in office where AC was on) for 2hrs whereas the required temp is 15° to 20°C. Its good enough for travelling for shorter duration specially if driving in hot weather. Therefore, 3 stars for Ms Alina and 1 for product. Perhaps company can work on to improve their product.

I don’t worry any longer about traveling in varying temperature environments and it makes my pen really safe from breakage as well with its sturdy cap/cover. Delivery is fast considering the distance between the US and the Philippines plus I get tracking information regularly which makes me feel secure about my purchase. Customer Service was also very responsive. I just ordered another Vibi cap for my standby rescue insulin just to ensure i am protected. At first I doubted if I was ordering from a legitimate source. Thank you for this awesome invention! My 11 year old was recently diagnosed as Type 1 a year ago. I always worried about my son having to take insulin that lost its potency or went bad due to change in temperature while on the go. I found Vivi caps as I was browsing the internet several months ago. Having Vivi has been a great life saver. I also recommended it to my son’s endocrinologist who surprisingly did not know about it. We’ve had these wonderful products for five months now and we are truly pleased with it so far. Thanks TempraMed!!!
