She kept a constant follow up and made sure that issue is resolved and product gets delivered to me. I used the VIVI Cap, its a bit helpful but not keeping the temperature that an insuline supposed to at. It just maintained around 26°C (while I was sitting in office where AC was on) for 2hrs whereas the required temp is 15° to 20°C. Its good enough for travelling for shorter duration specially if driving in hot weather. Therefore, 3 stars for Ms Alina and 1 for product. Perhaps company can work on to improve their product.

I absolutely love my VIVI caps! I absolutely love my VIVI caps! They have taken all of the stress and worry out of keeping my long and rapid insulin safe no matter where I am or what we are doing. I have had them for a year. They have kept my insulin safe in below freezing temperatures on the mountains of Colorado in the winter as well as scorching hot (110 plus) temperatures during the summer in Texas and Oklahoma. I recently bought 2 more so I can take extra insulin on long trips. I love the new design with the clear caps! It is a great improvement on an already wonderful product. I also love how easily they fit into my small crossover bag, purse or backpack. Thanks for giving me the freedom to go anyway and participate in all kinds of outdoor activities without worrying about whether I will ruin my insulin pens.

A Quality Product I use Soliqua, an insulin that combines Lantus with Rybelsus. The ViVi cap works excellently—a secure fit. Temperature control is as advertised.

Superior Insulin Management This is a marvelous company that’s a step above others in diabetes care. It takes the guesswork and worry away from how to keep your insulin at the correct temperature. They are wonderful to deal with and make customer service a priority.

Started using this product a week ago Started using this product a week ago! So far, I’m impressed! The ViViCap is a game changer. No putting cooler packs in the freezer or using cold water to “activate” them! Insulin is such a sensitive drug to temperature change, which I didn’t realize to what degree until I got a continuous glucose monitor. I’m a ViViCap fan!
