She kept a constant follow up and made sure that issue is resolved and product gets delivered to me. I used the VIVI Cap, its a bit helpful but not keeping the temperature that an insuline supposed to at. It just maintained around 26°C (while I was sitting in office where AC was on) for 2hrs whereas the required temp is 15° to 20°C. Its good enough for travelling for shorter duration specially if driving in hot weather. Therefore, 3 stars for Ms Alina and 1 for product. Perhaps company can work on to improve their product.

TM made my outdoors life in Belize easier… TempraMed has made my outdoors life in Belize so much easier! Also wonderful during power outages in hurricane season. :) The company was very quick to respond to my questions, and is helping me upgrade to the new model when I return to the states. Good product and good company that cares. I was skeptical at first as it is VERY hot and humid here.. however, I have had no problems throwing my pens in the shopping bag with just a cloth over to block direct sunlight!

I have ordered 2 vivicaps one month… I have ordered 2 vivicaps one month ago, even though the delivery was agreed to be made with DHL within 5-10 days, I still don't have a clue where is my order and no body from tempramed is willing to help abut it, not returneing my mails. I am very dissapointed with this purchase. If the description of the product is same as the description of their service we are deeply scamed.

A Quality Product I use Soliqua, an insulin that combines Lantus with Rybelsus. The ViVi cap works excellently—a secure fit. Temperature control is as advertised.

I saw an ad about the tempra med… I saw an ad about the tempra med product on how it prevents your insulin from spoiling or get ineffective because of heat. I was skeptical about it but still bought myself 2 of the item. I am glad I did because it does work. I forgot my insulin bag in the car, under the midday heat of the sun. I was horrified by the thought that I just wasted to 2 different insulin. When I got the bag I was genuinely surprised to find my insulin pens cool as if it was in the refrigerator. I was happy about this that I already recommended the product to my friends who use insulin pens.
