Good Stability This is a very sturdy and stable piece of equipment to help my father up from the floor. Unit is relatively compact, given what it can do, and his wife can wheel it into place. There was one problem with shipping which was immediately corrected. I hope we never need to use it, but it sure is comforting to know we can.

The thorough replies to my questions and ease of completing the process helped me make a serious investment with more confidence. While checking on other options (online and brick/mortar sales) I found the most reliable and reputable to be Live Oak Med.

I ordered from LiveOak because your price was far better than Amazon's. However, the monitor was not what needed to be replaced; the transmitter needed to be replaced. Because of your return policy of nothing less than $30, I am stuck with a brand new monitor and don't need it, because my original one works. I think your return policy should be reviewed.
