Indeed Lift is Better Than Expected I needed a lift for an elderly relative who has experienced frequent falls. After researching several, I purchased the lift from Liveoakmed. I connected via chat with a customer service rep who answered all of my questions and even reassured me of the shipping and delivery dates--which were right on time. The lift was super easy to set up and it works as advertised. Good item and even better customer service.

He had it picked up by FedEx (ground) by 1:30 pm for deliver by the following Thursday (Atlanta to Phoenix). The package arrived (to our pleasant surprise) on Monday afternoon (3 days early). Great experience in making phone order… Great experience in making phone order for Ideelift. They said the product would ship immediately. The person I talked to was well informed about the product and about the details for ordering and delivery. He also answered questions about using and servicing the product. I am happily anticipating the arrival of the lift tomorrow.

Wasn’t in production any longer I ordered a product they offered online. They then notified me it was no longer in production and offered to switch me to a similar, but less desired product. I requested my monies to be refunded. They did refund me promptly

The order took forever to arrive and we… The order took forever to arrive and we were in dedsperate need of it, much longer than the time stated on the website. I ordered from LiveOak because your price was far better than Amazon's. However, the monitor was not what needed to be replaced; the transmitter needed to be replaced. Because of your return policy of nothing less than $30, I am stuck with a brand new monitor and don't need it, because my original one works. I think your return policy should be reviewed.
