This Thing Works! I use a wheelchair and am a 78-yr-old woman. I cannot get up if I am on the floor. The IndeeLift works as advertised (got on the floor and tried it) and I felt confident using it. No more arguments with my 75-yr-old spouse. No more 911 calls. The only negative I can say is where do I put it. It's big and somewhat ugly, well, industrial looking. It is a very good purchase for me. It arrived on time and was simple to assemble.

Independence and dignity is priceless My 80 year old dad collapsed and soiled himself. My 80 year old mother struggled to help him to his feet. Weak and disoriented he crawled on all fours, soaked in urine to the bathroom where he had enough leverage that he and my mother could help him up. When my mother told me this, that image burned into my heart and I said that is never going to happen again. indeelift gave us that peace of mind. I told them that either on who needs it must be able to sit up and if they can’t then they need to call someone right away. Otherwise for minor falls they have this to save their independence and dignity. My whole family tested the 300lb model including my nearly 300lb husband and it’s sturdy. I recommend this

Great Customer Service. The item I ordered was temporarily out of stock. I was promptly informed of that situation via email and had all my questions quickly answered. Their estimated new delivery date was accurate- the item actually arrived a little earlier than estimated- and I even received a 10% discount on the price for my “inconvenience” I was very pleased with their excellent customer service.

Indeed Lift is Better Than Expected I needed a lift for an elderly relative who has experienced frequent falls. After researching several, I purchased the lift from Liveoakmed. I connected via chat with a customer service rep who answered all of my questions and even reassured me of the shipping and delivery dates--which were right on time. The lift was super easy to set up and it works as advertised. Good item and even better customer service.

Helpful delivery man. The delivery man was terrific. He offered to bring in the lift and took it to the room we showed him. As two people with physical challenges, that was really helpful!
