The thorough replies to my questions and ease of completing the process helped me make a serious investment with more confidence. While checking on other options (online and brick/mortar sales) I found the most reliable and reputable to be Live Oak Med.

Wasn’t in production any longer I ordered a product they offered online. They then notified me it was no longer in production and offered to switch me to a similar, but less desired product. I requested my monies to be refunded. They did refund me promptly

He had it picked up by FedEx (ground) by 1:30 pm for deliver by the following Thursday (Atlanta to Phoenix). The package arrived (to our pleasant surprise) on Monday afternoon (3 days early). GREAT JOB!

This Thing Works! I use a wheelchair and am a 78-yr-old woman. I cannot get up if I am on the floor. The IndeeLift works as advertised (got on the floor and tried it) and I felt confident using it. No more arguments with my 75-yr-old spouse. No more 911 calls. The only negative I can say is where do I put it. It's big and somewhat ugly, well, industrial looking. It is a very good purchase for me. It arrived on time and was simple to assemble.
