Great Customer Service. The item I ordered was temporarily out of stock. I was promptly informed of that situation via email and had all my questions quickly answered. Their estimated new delivery date was accurate- the item actually arrived a little earlier than estimated- and I even received a 10% discount on the price for my “inconvenience” I was very pleased with their excellent customer service.

This Thing Works! I use a wheelchair and am a 78-yr-old woman. I cannot get up if I am on the floor. The IndeeLift works as advertised (got on the floor and tried it) and I felt confident using it. No more arguments with my 75-yr-old spouse. No more 911 calls. The only negative I can say is where do I put it. It's big and somewhat ugly, well, industrial looking. It is a very good purchase for me. It arrived on time and was simple to assemble.

Peace of mind delivered fast and efficiently. I could not believe how quickly the lift arrived or how perfectly it was packaged. I now have peace of mind when home or when I have to leave my husband for short periods. We had to call 911 the last few times he fell. This will be a blessing since he can slide or roll over to it and use the lift himself or I can help when I am with him. It is SUPER STURDY Like Hospital grade. Well worth the cost. It worked right out of the box plus it was so simple to put the few pieces together. (wheels and handles just went right on). It is small enough to store in a hall closet or in a corner. Thanks for offering such an amazing product and taking such care in getting it to us so fast.

Wasn’t in production any longer I ordered a product they offered online. They then notified me it was no longer in production and offered to switch me to a similar, but less desired product. I requested my monies to be refunded. They did refund me promptly
