Best possible advice It is important to understand that those who need long-term indwelling catheters are always looking out for better and more comfortable products. The traditional Foley Catheter has done it's job for years but it is flawed in terms of material and function. Having been recommended by two friends in the US I explored the possibility of obtaining a uniquely clever catheter with a dual-balloon function; the Poeisis Duette. It works, it is perfect, comfortable and easy to manage. However, the star of this is not the catheter, it's actually the advisor who took me through the whole process of purchase, shipment and order fulfillment; Mariana Kowoll.
