Mariana to the rescue again! This is Mariana's 2nd time helping me sort out a problem with an order. When entering my recent order, I wasn't able to find the packages of multiple quantities that I had ordered in the past. And so I entered everything as individual quantities which resulted in the shipping being charged at a rate that was almost as much as the product total. I reached out to Mariana and she was able to assist me by entering the order at the multi-pack rates. The shipping and tax charges then calculated properly.
