GBKatherine at live chat helped so much! Katherine at live chat helped so much! I had placed an order for my mom to help her deal with my dad whom had just been released from the hospital. I forgot to write down the order number, had put in the wrong email address, etc. Katherine immediately pulled up the order, provided the order number, and sent me a confirmation to the correct email. We will definitely be buying from Discount Catheters again. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is supportive. I'm so glad they have the "live chat" function!

GRCan't fault it. This company was the only one able to provide the products I wanted, delivered to Greece, and Saul was extremely patient, helpful and flexible in helping me with the transatlantic banking procedures. Really can't fault the service.
