GBI have used SmartMD for more than 15 years and recommend them for transcription and medical billing. My transcription and billing are always completed accurately and on time. I can upload my dictation by 8pm and have the final copy by 4am. This makes it possible to have my reports on the fax of a referring physician by 6am the next day. I never hear a complaint from patients about the billing service, and have found them to respond immediately to any questions raised by me.
