Great service overall The good: responsive customer support easy set up pasting directly into EHR good accuracy templates easy to provide and used well by the trascriptionists overall perfect service. Please improve: 1. android app for dictation is sorely needed. it can be as simple as using a 3rd party app that uploads directly to your system -eg use a google drive or something. Can't just say no, we only work with iphone/ipad. 2. the iphone app is a little crowded, but overall usable; would be nice if we had the option to use an app without any features except dictation and upload for those users that did not want anything else.

I have used SmartMD for more than 15 years and recommend them for transcription and medical billing. My transcription and billing are always completed accurately and on time. I can upload my dictation by 8pm and have the final copy by 4am. This makes it possible to have my reports on the fax of a referring physician by 6am the next day. I never hear a complaint from patients about the billing service, and have found them to respond immediately to any questions raised by me.

SMART MD REVIEW EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING. I HAVE BEEN USING SMART MD FOR WELL OVER 8 YEARS, I HAVE GIVEN THEM TEMPLATES, NEW DICTATIONS, WANTING TO DO ALL DIFFERENT KINDS OF SCENERIOS AND THEY HAVE RESPONDED WITH GREAT IDEAS AND FUNCTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL.
