Very helpful employees. SmartMD was very helpful and always had a fairly quick response time. Nandip and Kruti was a pleasure to work with and always willing to help out any time I contacted them. All in all, a nice company to work with.

SMART MD REVIEW EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING. I HAVE BEEN USING SMART MD FOR WELL OVER 8 YEARS, I HAVE GIVEN THEM TEMPLATES, NEW DICTATIONS, WANTING TO DO ALL DIFFERENT KINDS OF SCENERIOS AND THEY HAVE RESPONDED WITH GREAT IDEAS AND FUNCTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL.

Great service overall The good: responsive customer support easy set up pasting directly into EHR good accuracy templates easy to provide and used well by the trascriptionists overall perfect service. Please improve: 1. android app for dictation is sorely needed. it can be as simple as using a 3rd party app that uploads directly to your system -eg use a google drive or something. Can't just say no, we only work with iphone/ipad. 2. the iphone app is a little crowded, but overall usable; would be nice if we had the option to use an app without any features except dictation and upload for those users that did not want anything else.

Great Company Great experience with SmartMD. The on-site trainings were well put together, the customer service is great. The trainers were very patience with me and my staff. The follow up weekly meetings was great as it provided me the opportunity to ask questions in reference to any issues or concerns I may have encounter once we went live with the forms. Also, the weekly follows were to ensure the process was flowing smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend this program to anyone who prefers to have electronic documents. It's simple for the patients and caregivers to follow and there is always a support provider to assist with any needs.

SMART MD is the best thing SMART MD is the best thing that I have done regarding my clinic. It has not only cut down time for accurate documentation but the team is always on top of making sure notes are in appropriate order and added in time. Additionally they were able to make templates for routine notes. They are always willing to discuss making things better and adaptive with patient care and quality. Could not be happier with the process. They have saved time/effort/energy in documentation so I can spend more time with my family and focusing on Surgery.
