Excellent service and nice people I am a primary care doctor who also does work comp evaluations, some are quite complex and long. SmartMD has done an excellent job transcribing my reports. Accurate and fast turn around.

Great service overall The good: responsive customer support easy set up pasting directly into EHR good accuracy templates easy to provide and used well by the trascriptionists overall perfect service. Please improve: 1. android app for dictation is sorely needed. it can be as simple as using a 3rd party app that uploads directly to your system -eg use a google drive or something. Can't just say no, we only work with iphone/ipad. 2. the iphone app is a little crowded, but overall usable; would be nice if we had the option to use an app without any features except dictation and upload for those users that did not want anything else.

Very helpful employees. SmartMD was very helpful and always had a fairly quick response time. Nandip and Kruti was a pleasure to work with and always willing to help out any time I contacted them. All in all, a nice company to work with.

EHR help Connecting with Smart MD has been the best move for my practice in years. I was perpetually behind on my EHR documentation because i was so slow manually entering notes. Now I am back to pre-EHR efficiency. I recommend this strongly to any doctor who has dictated for most of their professional lives.

SmartMD I've been utilizing SmartMD for about a year now. They help us with charge entry whenever my internal team is not be able to handle the volume of claims to make our month close. The SmartMD team responds very quickly to emails and is receptive to feedback. My only pain point has been that they do make some data entry errors. That said, there are several caveats to our billing process that can result in human error if you're not completely comfortable with the systems we use. When I identify these errors, Lorna, the team manager, is great at addressing them with her team and ensuring me that she's done so. I would recommend them to a colleague because they meet deadlines and they're easy to work with.
