Great work at a great price. I have used Smartmd in my practice for nearly 20 years. I have always found them responsive to my needs with prompt, accurate, and efficient dictation support. Progress notes, letters to referring doctors or patients and occasional memorandums are all handled in a fashion that enhances my efforts. The price is right and the billing is fair and accurate. I have called on occasion for a special request or to clear up a minor issue and have found their customer service people accessible, courteous, patient, and very helpful. It is my pleasure to wholeheartedly recommend their services.

SmartMD I've been utilizing SmartMD for about a year now. They help us with charge entry whenever my internal team is not be able to handle the volume of claims to make our month close. The SmartMD team responds very quickly to emails and is receptive to feedback. My only pain point has been that they do make some data entry errors. That said, there are several caveats to our billing process that can result in human error if you're not completely comfortable with the systems we use. When I identify these errors, Lorna, the team manager, is great at addressing them with her team and ensuring me that she's done so. I would recommend them to a colleague because they meet deadlines and they're easy to work with.
