After extensive research I purchased… After extensive research I purchased the Inogen One G5. It was the best combination of light weight and battery life. Its great to be able to go out again without having to manage cumbersome tanks. Thank you!

Your employees are amazing Your employees are amazing. They have bent over backward to help me through my issues with two Eclipse5 units that were malfunctioning. I also purchased a second AC power supply. The cord connection should have been three prong but was two prong. Your employee brought the correct cord by my house on his way home, The only reason for a four star and not a five star is the issues with the unit.

It's a great machine It's a great machine. It was just a bit hard to get in contact with someone to purchase it. We also were not told that we probably should have bought a desktop charger so that batteries can be charged while not on the actual machine.

I was going to order the Inogen G4,but… I was going to order the Inogen G4,but when I spoke with Mr. Lee he suggested I go with the G5 instead and it has worked out better than it would have with the G4 as the battery power would have run out much faster.
