Too easy, everyone should do it. Smooth, easy, valuable. Onboarding and setup took about two minutes, to grant access to our Amazon account. Their 18-month audit discovered a couple hundred issues that they opened cases for and reclaimed about $10,000 in Amazon reimbursements.
