Turns out Amazon really doesn't issue… Turns out Amazon really doesn't issue all the refunds they are supposed to. I never would have known had it not been for Veritize and Haley's help. Haley made it easy to get started, really good experience and Veritize is highly recommended.

They provide monthly reports of your lost or damaged FBA inventory, file the refund requests on their own behalf and get monies owed to you by Amazon without you lifting a finger. Their on-boarding process was excellent (and very personal), the speed in which they got the refund owed to me was very quick and the communication with the team is nothing short of exceptional. Worth every penny! No risk. Working with Haley and her team has been great. It has been such a relief to work with a company who actually listens to you and addresses any questions or concerns one has. Her team is able to find more refunds and reimbursements than my internal team was able to find. There are other options out there but none that are as personable and hard working as Haley and Veritize. They are not just an app and computer algos searching for numbers. They look over everything with incredible scrutiny. As well there is no yearly contract, just month by month. How could you go wrong by trying Veritize out!
