They focus on what's important as opposed to fancy reports and got us a lot of cash back from Amazon and made sure all our weights and dimensions were correct on our products to reduce our storage fees

The lost art of customer service not lost at Veritize Working with Veritize is so easy and the customer service and access to Haley is amazing. She does what she says she will do and the process is way more efficient than trying to work Amazon reimbursements in house. This is the best outsourced service I've tried in a long time.
