They provide monthly reports of your lost or damaged FBA inventory, file the refund requests on their own behalf and get monies owed to you by Amazon without you lifting a finger. Their on-boarding process was excellent (and very personal), the speed in which they got the refund owed to me was very quick and the communication with the team is nothing short of exceptional. Would highly recommend Veritize to anybody who's an Amazon seller
