Slow shipping Well considering I haven't received my order yet and i ordered it back on August 20 is why i gave you a low rating. Normally when i order from you i get the items within a few days but not sure what happened this time? I haven't even received a tracking number yet! And if there was a problem in the past you normally explained to me that it may take alittle longer but I've heard nothing.

My Quickie 2 needed new armrests My Quickie 2 needed new armrests. One of my pet peeves for any disabled person is equipment in poor repair; we are worth having our 24/7 stuff in excellent shape! I ordered armrests I thought would work, but they did not fit. I called the company and they did some research, figured out what would fit, and effected an exchange. I am a fan and will definitely use Care Medical Source again.
