I usual deal with Heather, who goes out of her way to make sure, everything gets delivered correctly. If there happens to be a problem with an order, she is right on top of it, to solve the issue.

We needed an emergency replacement part that wasn’t a stock item and they placed order direct with manufacturer with priority shipping at no extra charge. I had to place a second order the next day and without calling them it too got shipped priority!! Couldn’t ask for better service.
