We needed an emergency replacement part that wasn’t a stock item and they placed order direct with manufacturer with priority shipping at no extra charge. I had to place a second order the next day and without calling them it too got shipped priority!! Couldn’t ask for better service. Evan had live communications throughout the processing of the first order with them keeping me updated. Great customer service!

I ordered two wheelchair tires and two… I ordered two wheelchair tires and two inner tubes for a friend. They came in about a week or so, I wasn't watching the days. The best thing was that he had called the local suppliers and couldn't find any that would fit, and Care Medical had exact replacements, as well as a variety of tires that would fit his wheelchair depending on the type of terrain he usually experiences. He is now trying to find someone, probably a local bike shop, to put them on his chair. Thank you, Don

Beware! I purchased an expensive wheelchair cushion and found it to be uncomfortable, so I asked for instructions for a return. I received a rather terse email reply telling me that it had to be received by them eight days from then. I complied and sent it the next day. When I received no confirmation from them that they had received the cushion and no credit to my credit card even after emailing them for an explanation within a month, I contacted the credit card company to dispute the transaction. I had my tracking information showing that the cushion was received 3 days before the due date. The matter was resolved by the credit card company. Just be warned!

My first order with Care Medical Source I researched a handful of companies for my wheelchair accessories and Care Medical Source was the best site that I found. Very easy navigating the site and great prices. Update: I received my order today and the item was perfect. It took a few days longer than I expected but I am really happy with my overall experience. Debi was really helpful, too.
