Avoid at all costs The company did submit some insurance applications for me, but of the almost 30 “submitted”, 6 of the insurance companies had never received an application. They outsource everything to India and cycle you through account managers so no one ever knows what’s going on. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Very good experience! All staff have been helpful and courteous. The dashboard if very user friendly and easy to use and review. I appreciated the follow-up call from Rajat. My only complaint, which I did send an email and received a follow up response, was that Amerihealth was attempting to send the contract over to Bikham and did not received a response back after 3 attempts. They then notified me and emailed me directly.
