They were able to submit all preferred insurance payors and now we are waiting for feedback. Uday Latpate went above and beyond for me! Uday Latpate went above and beyond for me. I am a middle aged clinical psychologist returning to private practice after many years. Very good experience! All staff have been helpful and courteous. The dashboard if very user friendly and easy to use and review. I appreciated the follow-up call from Rajat. My only complaint, which I did send an email and received a follow up response, was that Amerihealth was attempting to send the contract over to Bikham and did not received a response back after 3 attempts. They then notified me and emailed me directly.
