I would give zero stars but not… I would give zero stars but not available. I just had the worst interaction with my so called "dedicated account specialist" she started off hostile with an attitude which escalated from there. I have gotten NOTHING for my 4500 dollars except the run around for the last 6 months. I am furious with this company and the service they say they give. DO NOT GO HERE for credentialing services.

Best Service Good that I found Bikham health after having worthless services from other credentialing company. They got my United credentialing in 2 months. Overall impressive communication. Michael Schrader is person to go in everything. Will highly recommend if you are having credentialing problems.

Their on boarding and application processes have been very well organized and updates are always on their dashboard. Requests for additional information from health insurers are handled expeditiously. Still waiting on the application completions, but very pleased so far.
