Very good experience! All staff have been helpful and courteous. The dashboard if very user friendly and easy to use and review. I appreciated the follow-up call from Rajat. My only complaint, which I did send an email and received a follow up response, was that Amerihealth was attempting to send the contract over to Bikham and did not received a response back after 3 attempts. They then notified me and emailed me directly.

Ms JH/RP thank you all. Ms. Jalaina and Ms Rana have been resourceful. I am happy I did not hesitate to take their consultation offer. They were able to submit all preferred insurance payors and now we are waiting for feedback. Some payors were closed and rejected my applications but they were able to replace them with other payors within my state in a timely fashion. All I have to do is just show patience. Happy guy! Best Service Good that I found Bikham health after having worthless services from other credentialing company. They got my United credentialing in 2 months. Overall impressive communication. Michael Schrader is person to go in everything. Will highly recommend if you are having credentialing problems.
