She went beyond the call of duty in helping to properly size my Correct Toes, taking it upon herself to make the appropriate cuts. Thanks to Megan, my Correct Toes fit perfectly! Excellent Customer Service Is Still Alive :) I reached out with a question concerning the products return policy and received a quick response concerning this. This put me at ease and I made my purchase of quantity 2 Correct Toes toe spacers. I spent the extra money for quicker shipping and asked Megan Childs, the representative who first answered me on the return policy, if there was anyway to ensure this shipped out as soon as possible trying to get the item in time for a birthday gift. Megan replied with "What I am going to do is mail them out today, they would not be going out till either Wed or Thursday." This was huge in my eyes. Megan could have easily gave the standard answer "We will do what we can but can not make any promises." I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. I look forward to trying the toe spacers out and possibly getting more items in the future.

Awesome customer service I have loved correct toes for years now. During my most recent order I ran into some problems and customer service was super responsive and took care of my issues in no time. They were pleasant and made sure everything was taken care of. Couldn’t recommend them higher!
