She went beyond the call of duty in helping to properly size my Correct Toes, taking it upon herself to make the appropriate cuts. Thanks to Megan, my Correct Toes fit perfectly! Very few companies today offer this high level of customer support. I will recommend Correct Toes to others.

Initially how to combine a gift card with a credit card was not clear because the gift card is not subtracted right away.

I received excellent customer service… I received excellent customer service from Megan Childs. I ordered a M set of Correct Toes which was the suggested size for my shoe size. I have unusually skinny feet and they were too big. I emailed custotmer service and they worked with me until we figured out the correct fit. They had me send pictures so they could really take a look and see what the issue I was describing was. They sent me a S size to try and compare with the M and it was a much better fit. They even went over a modification I could make to make them an even better fit! All I have to do now is send back the M pair and everything is all set. Looking forward to improving my foot health with this product. It already feels great!
