Megan in patient relations is a customer service representative and was very helpful to me. She explained what I needed to know and offered to help with suggestions. She was very quick with her response back to my email. I appreciate that very much. She also told me to contact her if I had any further questions.

Initially how to combine a gift card with a credit card was not clear because the gift card is not subtracted right away.

I received excellent customer service… I received excellent customer service from Megan Childs. I ordered a M set of Correct Toes which was the suggested size for my shoe size. I have unusually skinny feet and they were too big. I emailed custotmer service and they worked with me until we figured out the correct fit. They had me send pictures so they could really take a look and see what the issue I was describing was. They sent me a S size to try and compare with the M and it was a much better fit. They even went over a modification I could make to make them an even better fit! All I have to do now is send back the M pair and everything is all set. Looking forward to improving my foot health with this product. It already feels great!

Amazing support work, all issues are resolved. I was lucky to get the best support possible. Super fast replies, helped me with all my questions and items that confused me, all issues are resolved fully in favor of clients. There was a sizing issue, no one’s fault - great help, will get the correct pair now provided by support team - will be on my new life-changing journey soon!
