There was a problem with the website and allowing me to order properly, so I send a message to customer service and promptly received a call back from Meghan. She was very kind, friendly and genuine. I received excellent customer service… I received excellent customer service from Megan Childs. I ordered a M set of Correct Toes which was the suggested size for my shoe size. I have unusually skinny feet and they were too big. I emailed custotmer service and they worked with me until we figured out the correct fit. They had me send pictures so they could really take a look and see what the issue I was describing was. They sent me a S size to try and compare with the M and it was a much better fit. They even went over a modification I could make to make them an even better fit! All I have to do now is send back the M pair and everything is all set. Looking forward to improving my foot health with this product. It already feels great!

5 star customer service The Correct Toes gift card that I received did not work. First the website didn't recognize it, then the website stated that my $250 gift card was expired!?!?! I contacted Correct Toes and was lucky enough to connect with Megan Childs. She and her team at Correct Toes took care of my problem and, staying in contact with me throughout the process. I wear a size 12 I wear a size 12. Based on the chart I was a Large. These fit nicely but then they break in and begin falling off constantly within a few days. I look online to find out there are no refunds without all the original packaging and you are responsible for all the shipping costs as well. I bought from here because it was recommended by a review site. After my purchase I was informed the same product with the same level of reviews/satisfaction is available on Amazon for $5-8 depending on your ordered size and includes shims that this site doesn’t offer. All in all I’m out $65 and it was a complete waste of time and money as the product has stretched and become useless after 5 days and no available refund or recourse.

Remarkable customer service Correct Toes customer service is remarkable. Megan was very patient as I worked with her to determine which size is best for me. She responded same day and provided lots of detail. No canned responses from this company.
