GBGood support but device is still on trial My experience with Alex was worth five stars. He was reliable,patient knows how to teach effectively. Because of his support, I may keep this ORcam device when the trial perioe ends. However, the product itself seems fragile and I had to wait a long time before I got initial help and could work the device correctly. At my request, he secured a compensating extension of my trial period. I am also disturbed by the number of reviews that say this is a scam. I am pressing on with the trial to help my dyslexic grandchild, however.

GBFantastic product and customer support Orcam Myeye is a fantastic product with wonderful customer support. Shortly after my issue was submitted I received a long distance call from Max and he worked with me as long as it took until my problem was resolved.
