USExcellentI have never experienced such great… I have never experienced such great service as I have with Sara Katz Orcam. She was not pushy in the least. She was just helpful. She was not too wordy. She just got right to the point. She was so incredibly helpful. I’d like to give her 10 stars out of five she must be a southern, the way she acts but who knows maybe a Midwestern .

USFantastic product and customer support Orcam Myeye is a fantastic product with wonderful customer support. Shortly after my issue was submitted I received a long distance call from Max and he worked with me as long as it took until my problem was resolved.

USHey, orCam, Great job, great product! When I received my product, which is the my eye pro two, I was a little leery because I’ve never used anything like it. But then I started to learn how to use it. I joined their Facebook group. And met with a trainer one on one virtually. This instructor, not only was patient and kind. But gave me some scenarios that I could try with my product. She was understanding. And one of the best instructors that I have had for any adaptive technology product. I’ve had to talk with customer service a couple of times, and every time I have talked with them, they have not only been very approachable, but they responded and a very Acceptable timeframe. They listen to what I had to say. And they solved my issue. I have been able to reach out to this company for help with the product and received nothing but patience and professionalism. I think that if anyone were to buy one of their products, they can’t go wrong with this company and the different products such as the read, the my eye pro two or my pro three all of the staff are wonderful. And I seen nothing but a bright future for this company as they continue to develop leading edge products for the blind and visually impaired.
